CNC CONTROLLER

We offer DELEM, ESA and CYBELEC brand controls, patented by the Netherlands, Italy and Switzerland respectively.
The efficient processing system optimizes the bending operating cycle, reducing the time needed to set up the working phase and making bending more efficient, especially for batch processing.
In addition, the system can meet the editing of 2D and 3D graphics.

VARIABLE DISTANCE GRIPPER

Customized according to customer’s bending part size range, it can grab and bend a variety of workpieces, saving gripper replacement time and improving automation efficiency.

FLIP FRAME

The robot places the workpiece to flip over on the front suction cups, then grabs the workpiece from the back of the swivel frame and finishes folding the panel.

CENTERING STAGE

Structure for the positioning of the parts on an inclined table, convenient for the automatic centering of the products.

POSITIONING DEVICE

The vision system guides the robot in the automatic change of the position of the gripper to grip the workpiece accurately. It also allows the communication between the machine vision and the robot and the transformation of the coordinate system.

ROBOT GRIPPER QUICK CHANGE DEVICE

The ability to quickly change the grip of the robot, makes the device more flexible by using it to automatically replace different grippers of suction cup type. The handle quick change device includes a main plate for mounting on the end flange of the robot arm, as well as several panels for installing different handles.
