TUBE LASER CUTTING MACHINE FPC

FPC2060 is a specific machine for cutting pipes, able to cut faster with high precision and stability. The double pneumatic drive, the four long-stroke grippers, allow you to quickly load and change the pipes.

MECHANICAL BED

Base of new technological conception, realized by electrowelded plates with guarantee of 20 years on the deformations. It is manifactured with smoothing, sandblasting and rust-proof pre-painting.

CUTTING HEAD

The Raytools/Precitec laser cutting head with automatic sensor function is suitable for different focal lengths and controlled by the system. For sheet metal with different thicknesses, the focal point will be adjusted automatically during the cutting process to achieve the best quality.

LASER SOURCE

The sources we use are mainly Raycus and IPG, with powers from 1000 W to 20.000 W.
Constant BPP across the power range, good beam quality, electro-optical conversion efficiency greater than 30%.
Modular design "plug and play", compact and solid structure, convenient installation.

OVERSIZED FRONT CHUCK

It is specially designed to support large diameter tubes.

PENUMATIC CHUCK

It is three times faster than the electrospindle, reducing loading and unloading times. The pneumatic locking opening with constant force, prevents the loosening and sliding of heavy pipes, ensuring the precision of the cut.
It can be used to cut square tubes (Ø20 * 20 - Ø320 * 320 mm), round tubes (Ø20-320 mm) and rectangular tubes (diagonally rectangular 220 mm).

FRONT AND REAR AUXILIARY SUPPORT

It is used to support long tubes.

AUTOMATIC LOADING DEVICE

It can realize automatic loading of pipes and pipes.

CONTROL SYSTEM

The software Cypcut, specially designed for fiber laser cutting machines, has the advantages of convenient installation, easy debugging and excellent performance. It supports speed/power adjustment, with the ability to set the linear import speed separately and has a powerful database for cutting processes.
